A HUNDRED HARROWING TALES OF THE FAUCET OF DOOM
.. which is probably the stupidest title possible for this post.
more accurately, much less than a hundred things i thought of whilst in the shower that are absolutely essential to maintaining my state of physical well-being

1. THE BEST SHAMPOO I HAVE USED ALL YEAR ISS...

clairol's herbal essences dangerously straight!

clairol finally repackaged their ugly old bottles. thank god. this shampoo smells like ABSOLUTE HEAVEN, I DIE, I SWEAR, EVERYTIME I WASH MY HAIR AHHHH. mmmm... and it ACTUALLY WORKS. makes my hair look like i bothered to blow dry.

which is totally awesome seeing as how i couldn't blow dry my hair even if i wanted to, what with having the coordination of a. book. or some other inanimate object =_=

what really sucks is i get allergic to shampoos REALLY REALLY easily, so this is like ahhh relief it doesnt make my scalp sting !! -excited-

love you clairols. plus its like less than ten bux neways so its good for my pov self.

2. MY BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY EVER...

a damn hair straightener.
bought in POUNDS lagi =_=
wow such a waste of money.

i've used it like 10 times i think since i got it, and none of them seriously. (kinda just like, oh nothing to do lets try this out. and all the times i very fail because i have book coordination)

its quite stupid for azn* people to go around buying straighteners, actually.
majority of azn people who own straighteners already have rebonded, poker-straight hair. white people who get straighteners are actually losers with too much time on their hands who bother to straighten their hair EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. (probably not as difficult as it sounds cos they are grimy and do not bathe everyday, let alone wash their hair)

what for have already-straight hair and straighten some more? you WANT frizz, kah?
unless you know how to curl hair with straightener, la, like the guy at the store in london (which is why we got the straightener, hes very good promoter ler). but if you are like me, don't bother.

i should sell my straightener.

3. FASTEST WAY TO INSTANT GLAMOUR...

eyeliner along the lower lid.
seriously. like two seconds and you already look x50 times better.
i've been out to dinners like that and i've looked great aha (if i do say so myself :D )
just go along the entire lower lid and smudge VERY gently or if you wanna look really bright eyed (and for less-dramatic look) just line half the eye, in a clean tidy line, from the outer corner to where you lashes are the thickest.

though, this is NOT RECOMMENDED for 90% of sepet people out there cos i have seen many sepet people who line their lower lids and look like total fags..

4. MOST IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT SHAVING THY LEGS...
i) don't bother with fancy schmancy gilette 40dollar womens razor thats just going to get rusty and waste your cash. you can get same results with one of those packs of 12 watsons razors.
ii) if you don't have shaving cream, you can use conditioner. works perfect.
iii) don't veet unless absolutely dire, you, ecological threats, you

i was feeling particularly effamatisquidjitingly bored.
then i remembered something rachel said awhile ago that i thought would make an interesting blog post.

Rachel: (after watching me hide xmillion pimples with concealer) ...what the hell do you look like under all that makeup.. -mildly horrified look-

so here are my before-makeup & after-makeup pictures, so you can see roughly what i do everyday to stop people from running away from me screaming. (not really everyday, i dont usually bother with lipgloss and eyeshadow, but the eyeliner is pretty constant, and, naturally, the coverups aha)

NO PHOTOSHOP DONE ON THE FOLLOWING PICTURES.
except a little adjusting of the lighting so that my Before picture didn't look so washed out and my After picture look so dark. (oh and i up-ed the contrast a little so you can notice all my sexy flaws in the first picture and my lack of them in the second :D)

BEFORE

my mental "to correct" list...
1. under eye circles
2. remove left over smudged eyeliner
3. pimples
4. cover up freckles
5. even out skin tone
6. get rid of computer-screen tan
7. hide pimples (though you can't see most of them properly in this picture cos it was pretty washed out. except for that mofo on my nose. interesting story behind that pimple... terry thought it would be fun to bite my nose.. HARD. i almost cried, k. then when i told him it really hurt, he put his ice cream on it. next day, pimple, aha.)
8. pluck eyebrows. haven't done this in ages and i didn't do it today either because i couldn't find my damn tweezers. ugh.
9. curl & mascara eyelashes. except i didn't bother with this for the blog post cos you wouldn't be able to tell either way.

procedure: cleanse - moisturize - foundation - concealer - blend - face powder -2nd concealer - blend - eyeliner - 2 shades of eyeshadow (matte black & shimmery gray) - blend - face powder 2nd time - blend - opening tube of lipgloss to find the applicator broke off and got stuck on the lid - deciding to use very EW shimmery pink lipstick instead with lipbalm on top - pinning hair back for extra glam

one day, i got v bored during my chemistry class (excusable, because i understand about 3% of what is being said. and only phrases such as "open your books to page alafalashamabala" & "rebekah & rachel, stop talking") so i started using my mobile WAP browser.
God that sounded like an advertisement
FB mobile was aight but i got bored fast... so i opened my long-neglected myspace account..
and now i'm absolutely hooked.

i don't love my ipod anymore.

why?

BECAUSE APPLE IS THE BIGGEST BITCH EVER, THAT'S WHY.

it hasn't been a YEAR yet and they've already come up with a NEW LINE of ipods.

GRRR.

CANNOT WAIT ANOTHER 3 MONTHS ISIT AND MAKE A GIRL'S LIFE THAT MUCH HAPPIER?

apple makes me so angry.

the new ipod touch has external volume buttons and an external speaker. damn you apple. damn you to heck.

i also saw the new gen. ipod nanos and they are probably the most awesome ipod i have ever seen.

to anyone who is out ipod hunting at the moment, don't get the touch.

because history always repeats itself, and like my ipod, yours will lose its awesome-factor before the year is up.

mine awesome until

a) apple screwed me over and released the 32 GB version 3 months after i bought mine

b) apple threw me in the garbage and released a completely new version before the year was up

c) i realized malaysian internet sucks anyway

d.1) i did not have a credit card to order the software upgrade

d.2) the new gen ipods don't NEED to go through the hassle of getting credit cards for the software upgrade

e) i found that i barely use the rest of the ipod features except for music and video

(the video is superb though, i have to say. really excellent. but since the only thing on my ipod are podcast-quality vids, it is quite wasted as well. converting videos takes up too much time)

f) i find it is very bulky for my tight jean pockets so i always have to carry a handbag, which marks me as a very likely victim of snatch theft.

h) the new gen ipod nano is what i want and am desperate to be able to trade in your touch for the new nano.

why do i want the new nano so badly?

a) i dont have to look at the screen to change songs

b) it is tiny and slick and definately sexy

c) it comes in PINK

d) it has all the features i really need and has completely owned my touch.

i mean, the nano even has that genius feature, which sounds really cool. what did mine have ? well, for awhile, i had mine jailbroken, then i realized it just lagged my ipod to the max.

ugh what a failure.

the nano has nice clear screen for photo and video, it has SPORE THE GAME, (T_T why me) shake feature, and cover flow.

my ipod - not so special anymore.

well except that it has net, but then so does my laptop. and malaysian net sucks anyway.

i am very lazy to write alot as i still have writers block.

in one line, here is what i want to say but am to lazy to elaborate on. Sharon is very pretty, sharon sings very nice and sharon appeared on a website. (read it here)

also, sharon will be releasing an album soon which i cannot wait to buy ! if you are like me and you cannot wait for sharon's album, you should go and buy kanid's cd first. (kanid's website) because its pretty good.

this is a sharon publicity post and i doubt as many people read my new blog as they did my old blog, so its probably not doing a very good job. but i try.

i don't know why i bothered making a new blog because i have been having such awful writer's block lately that its a miracle i am still able to write my name.

but here it is, complete with sexy little penguins at the top. if you're wondering why penguins, that's because penguins were the biggest contrast there could possibly be with my gloomy victorian vine wallpaper.

anyway, with this blog i solemnly swear to try to update (meaningfully ?) as much as often and not to get all diary & emotional on this. i'll put all the boring, emotional, diary entries on my live space. yes, i started using my live space as well.

i don't love my ipod anymore.

why?

BECAUSE APPLE IS THE BIGGEST BITCH EVER, THAT'S WHY.
